SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments required for setting up of power electronics lab of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.

The tenders should be super scribed as Tender No.P2/3962/11GECB due on 19/12/2011  at 3 Pm  and addressed to the undersigned to reach here before 19/12/2011.  Late tenders will not be accepted.  The tenders accepted will be opened at  11 am on 20/12/2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of Rs. 2809/- which is the price fixed for the same and which is non refundable under any circumstances.  The tender forms are not transferable.  Sale of tender forms will be closed at  2 PM on 19/12/2011.  Cheque, Stamps, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will forms be sent by V.P.P.  Duplicate tender forms, if required, will be issued at the rate of  Rs. 1405/- per copy.

As per tender condition, the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp paper of value Rs.100/- and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered.  Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.

Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs.50/- by Money Order to the undersigned.  Outside firms who desire to get KSP should send an additional amount of Rs.60/- along with the cost of tender form.
